The user must be able to retrieve the contents of the briefing at any time. Every company has a duty to inform the user about the personal data it collects or uses.
The safety of its users’ data and the compliance with the provisions set forth in the data privacy laws are extremely important to SABEU GmbH & Co. KG. Data transmission and documentation for system-internal and statistical purposes
For technical reasons, the user’s internet browser automatically transmits data to the web server when this website is accessed. Every data set contains the date and time of access, the URL of the referring website, the retrieved file, the amount of sent data, the browser type and version, the operating system as well as the user’s IP address. The allocation of this data to a specific person is impossible. The stored data is evaluated in-house only and exclusively for statistical purposes.
Safety through technical and organizational procedures
As set forth in section 9 for the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), SABEU GmbH & Co. KG uses technical and organizational procedures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. Protection of minors
Persons younger than 12 years of age are not permitted to transmit any personal data to SABEU GmbH & Co. KG without the consent from a legal guardian. Minors are only permitted to provide SABEU GmbH & Co. KG with personal information if the explicit consent from a legal guardian is obtained or if the minors are 12 years of age or older. This data will be processed in accordance with this data privacy statement.
