Quality, environment and health and safety
strategy These are our basic principles
|

|
We strive to understand the needs
of our clients, to make them comprehensive to all our staff and to
fully meet our client´s expectations.
The basic principle underlying all
we do is compliance with all the legal requirements by applying all
the laws, regulations and guidelines for our field of work.
Quality-, environmental- and
occupational health and safety management is an essential management
duty. All managers are encouraged to create the necessary conditions
to carry out this duty, to demonstrate exemplary behaviour and to
train and promote an awareness of these aspects of their work in
their staff.
It is the responsibility of each
and every employee to be aware of health & safety issues, the
environment and quality assurance. This is why staff are included at
the earliest possible stage in the preparation, implementation and
assessment of those activities in which they are involved.
Health & safety, environmental
compatibility and quality have to be planned. This begins at the
design and construction of products and procedures.
The constant effort to improve
quality is intended to lead to a reduction in costs and an
improvement in process performance. Cost cutting may not be at the
expense of safety, the environment or quality.
Staff know-how is the basis for
the quality of our products and services. Consequently, greatest
attention is given to instruction and training.
Our suppliers are involved in our quality, environment and
health & safety strategies. This affects suppliers of goods,
resources and services.
