Quality

To implement our quality policy and to achieve the quality goals derived thereof, we have an integrated management system maintained by the quality assurance division. Our focus is on total quality management principles, currently with certifications DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 13485:2010. Our company-wide operation is in line with the applicable normative, legal and statutory requirements.

For us, quality assurance is not just a division, but a company-wide duty of the entire workforce. The CAQ (Computer Aided Quality) system is networked across all sites and all data is available company-wide at all times.

To be able to always meet our customer’s requirements, our company is controlled by a central, fully integrated all-in-one management system. It comprises all operational divisions and is available any time at all the sites via a company-wide IT structure.

 
Industrial hygiene is also part of our integrated management system. The efficacy of the hygiene requirements is regularly monitored and documented by testing the particle count in the ambient air and by means of microbiological analyses pursuant to the GMP guidelines.
