Membranes are used for many different purposes, and therefore, a multitude of different filter membranes are available. They can consist of different polymers, e.g. PA, PSU, PES, PET, PC, PP, Acrylate, PVDF, PTFE or of natural fibers like cellulose.

They differ in the type of pore design, which may be achieved by e.g. phase inversion, stretching, sintering or track etching.

This is supplemented with possible surface modifications, such as chemical functionalization and tissue culture treatments. The membrane reinforcement with non-wovens, tissues or foams will facilitate the implementation into filter or other devices.

We develop customized membranes using the above variety of possible options.
