The reproducible production of components in large quantities by means of injection molding is one of SABEU’s core competencies. Using the latest machinery, we manufacture injection molding components with high process capability and precision. They are subsequently assembled, customized and/or packaged within an integrated process.

The injection molding processes also include multi-component molding, in-mold film laminating (IMD, IMF), injection stamping, thin wall injection molding and micro part molding.

The established processes are prospectively validated to ensure the safety and functionality of the components or systems made thereof.

ISO class 8 clean rooms as well as controlled areas are available for the manufacture of the medical, biotec and diagonostic products. The smart layout of our plants and air conditioning allows the provision of the required cleanness at the work places.

Our injection molding machinery ranges from 100 to 2‘750 kN and are available at various locations. Unit weights go up to 375 g, including tools with various inserts. For the economic as well as gentle removal of the parts we are using the most efficient solutions ranging from simple handling devices to triaxial linear CNC robots.

The injection molding production as well as the automated and manual assembly work is performed 24/7.
