FLUXX^®-Degassing Inserts are equipped with specially manufactured TRAKETCH^®-Membranes.
 
TRAKETCH^®-Membranes have hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, allowing gaseous materials to diffuse and thereby prevent pressure build-up and suppression in containers. They are manufactured to prevent wetting even by fluids with a very low surface tension and remain "breathable" at all times.

FLUXX^®-Degassing Inserts for caps and closures:

• prevent the swelling, bursting or collapsing of containers
• allow the quick re-ventilation after contact with fluids
• provide a reliable protection against leaks

Based on their configuration and structural design, the FLUXX packaging vents meet all the requirements for the approval with suitable containers set forth in the ADR test specifications and the BAM dangerous goods regulation, BAM-GGR 005.
