The reproducible production of components in large quantities by means of injection molding is one of SABEU’s core competencies. Using the latest machinery, we manufacture injection molding components with high process capability and precision. They are subsequently assembled, customized and/or packaged within an integrated process. 

The injection molding procedures used include multi-component molding, in-mold film laminating (IMD, IMF), injection stamping, thin wall injection molding and micro injection molding.

The established processes are validated in advance to ensure the safety and functionality of the components and the systems manufactured thereof at all times.

As system supplier of our customers, SABEU represents precision as well as efficiency in the plastic and membrane processing.

ISO class 8 clean rooms as well as controlled areas are available for products with special requirements, such as for example pharmaceutical packaging. The smart design of the premises and air conditioning technologies allows us to provide the required cleanliness at the workplaces where this is necessary.

Injection molding machinery with clamping forces between 100 and 2,750 kN is available at various locations for the plastic processing in our injection molding production. It is used to manufacture items made of thermoplastic materials with unit weights ranging from 0.1 g to 430 g, including ones with various inserts. For the economic as well as gentle removal of the parts we are using the most efficient solutions ranging from simple handling devices to triaxial linear CNC robots.

The injection molding production as well as the automated and manual assembly work to the point of final packaging is performed during a three shift operation.
